Robin Wassman
President
My career as an accountant includes experience with in the corporate world and a CPA at a mid-size firm. I began working in public accounting preparing tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll and auditing in Columbia, Missouri. Three years later, I became accounting manager for a locally owned lumberyard.
Since 2008, I have been in public accounting, continuing my education along the way, so that I could continue to help my clients. I consider myself to be an extension of your company – the financial arm that can assist with the accounting-related needs that your business has, from bookkeeping to consulting.
It’s important to build a relationship with an accountant who understands the obstacles business owners face and who has a good grasp into the real-world, day-to-day operations of small businesses. I can also help you figure out how to run your household like a business because there are ways for you to increase your tax savings for your personal returns. I offer the same expertise for individual return preparation as I do my corporate and business clients.
I say… consider the client, and the returns will be high.”
I started this firm because I believe in being actively involved with my clients. That is also why I developed The Wassman Way ™.

Kimberly Boyer, EA
Staff Accountant
I am a quintessential “numbers” person and enjoy all facets of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll. As a professional in the public accounting industry for many years, I have worked with a variety of clients preparing and reviewing individual, business, trust, and non-profit returns. Whether I am taking care of daily transactions, updating financial statements, or fulfilling payroll preparation requests, my goal is to remember there is always a person or a company that I am helping.
In order to serve my clients in a more in-depth manner, I became an IRS-credentialed Enrolled Agent. As such, I can represent our clients before the IRS. This is an elite status that requires specific ethical standards to be adhered to and annual continuing education. I am unrestricted regarding the tax matters I can take on or what type of taxpayers I can represent.
My career began with a mid-size accounting firm. I have also been part of a smaller practice. In both, I was able to work closely with clients to get to know them and their businesses on a personal level. As the Staff Accountant at Wassman CPA Services, I firmly believe in the idea of being proactively involved with our clients and will be available to address questions and concerns.
